Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox's parents are Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson, and Thomas Allison Lennox were her parents. Lennox, who studied for three year in the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s, was admitted. Lennox was able to survive on an allowance for students, and worked part-time to help supplement her income. Lennox decided to change her path in life when she was dissatisfied with her inexperience in comparison with the other Royal Academy students. Lennox started her professional career in the year 1976, in the band Dragons Playground. She left the band before the band was invited to compete on I.T.V.'s talent contest New Faces. From 1977 to 1980, she was the singer-songwriter for The Tourists, a British pop group. In this band, she met Dave Stewart who would later form Eurythmics. Lennox was then able to begin work on her debut solo album Diva that was out by 1992. In both commercial terms and critically the album was a massive hit. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth solo album was Released in the month of October 2014. The C.D. Lennox has selected her top jazz, blues and soul tracks. Lepidoptera is a compilation of four improvised tracks for piano that Lennox made available in May 2019. The E.P. This album is a companion piece to her album Now I Let you go... artwork that was exhibited at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art. The album is her first independently-released album. Annie Lennox born December 25 1954, is a Scottish philanthropist political activist and musician and singer. The Tourists gained some minor recognition for her and Dave Stewart's work during the 1970s. They went on, during the 80s, to become the popular duo Eurythmics. Lennox started her own solo career when she released her debut album Diva in the year 1992. It was the basis of many hits songs such as Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa her 1995 studio album contains cover versions of songs including No MoreI Love Yous as well as A Whiter Shade of Pale. The singer is acknowledged with seven studio albums by herself as well as a compilation.
